Duration: 13 Weeks

Highlights

  • Under the supervision of a nurse leader (CNO, Clinical Director, Supervisor and Nurse Leader), independently prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care to the acutely ill patient and performs the nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe, therapeutic care for patients
  • Required: 3 years of experience
  • Required: Knowledge/experience with Cerner EMR
  • Required: Valid and unrestricted State of California Registered Nurse License (RN License)
  • Required: Advanced NRP
  • Required: Possess and maintain current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider:1.Basic Life Support (BLS) card
  • Depending on assignment incumbents may be required to possess and maintain specific certificates of competency as a condition of employment
  • Schedule Notes: 2 Day Shift, 3 Night Shift
  • Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program with a bachelor's or associate degree preferred
