HWL Requisition:Mohawk Valley - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC)-AN-0149 LPN Long Term Care 75 MILE RADIUS RULE Shift: 10:30p-6:30a Every other weekend is required Must float to all units (same building) 37.5 guaranteed hours 1 years experience BLS NY license 40 bed unit Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care EMR: PointClick Care
