Start / End: Mon 2/10/25 - 5/11/25

Duration: 13 Weeks

HWL Requisition:Samaritan Keep Home-AN-0040 LPN Long Term Care 60 MILE RADIUS RULE 11a-11p Will take 8 hour shifts as well 13 weeks 1-3 years experience required Will take someone with SNF experience, not just LTC NY license required BLS (AHA) required EMR: Point Click Common patient diagnosis: Dementia, Chronic Diseases, Diabetes The Samaritan Keep Home is a 272-bed long term care facility connected to the Samaritan Medical Center campus in Watertown. This residential care facility provides a full range of skilled nursing assistance, rehabilitative therapies, and social and recreational activities,. Our mission is to provide an atmosphere that allows our residents to thrive and remain socially active in all aspects of their lives.
