HWL Requisition:Samaritan Keep Home-AN-0042 LPN 60 MILE RADIUS RULE Long Term Care 3p-1130p 13 weeks 1-3 years? experience required Will take someone with SNF experience, not just LTC NY license required Permanent residence of traveler must be at least 60 miles away. BLS (AHA) required eMAR: PointClickCare Common patient diagnosis: Dementia, Chronic Diseases, Diabetes
