Client: Mohawk Valley - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC)
Location: Utica NY
Shift: 8hr Eve 8x
Start / End: Mon 5/26/25 - 8/24/25
Duration: 13 Weeks
HWL Requisition:Mohawk Valley - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC)-AN-0178 LPN Long Term Care 75 MILE RADIUS RULE - Travel WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local Rate will apply (less than 75 miles) Evenings Shift: 2:30p-10:30p Every other weekend is required Must float to all units (same building) 37.5 guaranteed hours 1+ years experience BLS NY license 40 bed unit Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care EMR: PointClick Care
