Client: Geneva Hospital Primary Care Ambulatory

Location: Geneva NY

Shift: 8hr Days 8x5

Start / End: Mon 6/16/25 - 9/13/25

Duration: 13 Weeks

HWL Requisition:Ambulatory-AN-1482 F/T LPN - focus on EPIC In basket work, prior auths, etc. Specialty Cardiology M-F 8a-4:30p 40hrs. Primary address: SCHI at Brighton ? Clinton Woods 2365 S. Clinton Ave, Suite 100, Rochester NY 14618 Float to the following locations as needed: 1. Medical Office Building: 1415 Portland Ave, Suite 350, Rochester NY 14621 2. Linden Oaks: 30 Hagen Drive, Suite 100, Rochester NY 14618 3. Greece Canal Landing ? 101 Canal Landing Blvd, suite 8, Rochester NY 14626 EPIC experience including in basket work, able to take feedback, demonstrates flexibility, medication prior auths.
