HWL Requisition:MVHS Inc.-AN-1162 Submission Requirements: WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (Less than 75 miles) Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in MS and documents travel experience. 2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA BLS NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & all active RN licenses. RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp: EPIC Job Description: Unit: MS Shift: 6:30P-7A (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) Floating Required: Yes Scrub Color: Navy Blue Unit Specifics: Common Patient Diagnosis - Post Surgical care: Abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fracture, Back pain, morbid obesity (bariatric surgery). Specialty equipment- IV pumps, N/G tubes, feeding tubes Patient Demographics: Adults
