Client: Finger Lakes Health The Homestead | 418 N Main St, Penn Yan, NY

Location: Penn Yan NY

Shift: 5 x 8 Nights

Start / End: Tue 9/9/25 - 3/7/26

Duration: 26 Weeks

Highlights

  • Required: NY LPN Licensure, BLS (AHA or RQI specifically)
  • 1 year experience as LPN
  • Experience serving in an LPN capacity at LTC Facility - 1 Year Required
  • Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to age of patients
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development of life span
  • Must maintain current knowledge and competency in Nursing Practice
  • Must participate in mentoring/orientation of staff
