Highlights
- Required: NY LPN Licensure, BLS (cert through AHA or RQI specifically)
- 1 year experience as LPN
- Experience serving in an LPN capacity at LTC Facility required for 1 year
- EOW and Holiday required
- Short Description: LPN Full Time D/E rotation (5x8s)
