Highlights

Short Description: LPN Full Time D/E rotation (5x8s)
Required: NY LPN Licensure, BLS (cert through AHA or RQI specifically)
1 year experience as LPN
EOW and Holiday required
NY LPN Licensure, BLS is a required skill with 1 Years duration
Experience serving in an LPN capacity at LTC Facility is a required skill with 1 Years duration
