Client: HHC Central Office

Location: New York NY

Shift Time: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Start / End: Mon 6/15/26 – 9/12/26

Duration: 13 Weeks

Highlights

  • Must have experience in home care (traveling to patient homes and providing care)
  • Candidates must be local
  • Every other weekend coverage is required
  • Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year
  • Post Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in either Post Acute Facility or acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year
  • Required Certification & Licensure: New York State RN License & Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS (Queens only)
  • Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institute
