Highlights

• Schedule Notes: 10 hour shifts- Evenings and nights
• Days of the week rotate to include weekends and holidays
• 13 weeks contract
• Certification by the State of California, Department of Health Services, as a Radiologic Technologist
• Satisfactory completion of formal computed tomography training program (one year) or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred
• Possession and maintenance of a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card
• Appointees not possessing the BLS card must successfully complete appropriate training and qualify for the BLS card within 60 days of employment
• ARRT
• Required Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Graduation from a two-year program in radiologic technology approved by the Council in Medical Education of the American Medical Association
• Certification by the State of California, Department of Health Services, as a Radiologic Technologist
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist and Computed Tomography Technologist (ARRT ID required)
• Satisfactory completion of formal computed tomography training program (one year) or equivalent on-the-job experience
• Required Certifications: BLS
