Client: Brookdale Hospital

Location: Brooklyn NY

Shift Time: 8:30AM – 5:00PM, 8:30AM – 7:00PM, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Start / End: Mon 9/14/26 – 12/12/26

Duration: 13 Weeks

Highlights

  • Shift: 8:30AM-7PM
  • Must have strong RN experience who functions as a lead nurse
  • Familiarity with outpatient care and Diabetes a strong plus
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 8:30am – 5:00pm; Tuesday & Thursday session is 8:30am – 7:00pm; One to two Saturdays a month 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with technical aspects of diabetes care including insulin pumps and CGMs
  • Relevant experience in diabetes education
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and medical software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on patient centered care
  • Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Preferred Education: Master's in Nursing or related field
  • Required Certifications & Licensure: Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse License
  • Required Certifications & Licensure: Certification in Diabetes Education
  • Preferred Certifications & Licensure: N/A
  • Preferred Skills & Experience: N/A
