Client: Southwest General Hospital Health Center

Location: Middleburg Heights OH

Shift: 5 x 8 Days

Start / End: Mon 8/31/26 – 11/28/26

Duration: 13 Weeks

Highlights

  • Shift: 6:45AM-3:15PM
  • Schedule: FT 5 days a week 0645-1515 w/ weekends, call, and late requirements (if called in HCP must be able to arrive in 30 mins)
  • SWGH reserves the right to cancel up to one 12-hour shift per 2 week pay period.
  • Required Experience: At least 3 years of RN OR experience
  • Travel experience required
  • Candidate must complete ~70 Net Learning modules and pass ECG/Medication exam (with a score of 80% or higher) within one-week of acceptance to work the assignment at SWGH
  • Required Certifications: Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing. BSN required
  • Does candidate have at least 3 years of Nursing experience in the OR? | Required
  • Does candidate hold an active and unencumbered RN OH Nursing License? | Required
  • Does candidate have travel experience? | Required
