Client: NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island MSP

Location: Mineola NY

Shift: Mid 5×7.5-Hour (13:00 – 21:00)

Start / End: Mon 10/19/26 – 1/11/27

Duration: 12 Weeks

  • Required Skills & Experience: ICU/Critical Care Experience, PACU/Recovery experience, Airway management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Recovery from conscious sedation, Administering and monitoring conscious sedation, Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, Emergency-response skills, Specimen handling and labeling, Circulating for procedures, Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, EGD
  • Skills: Recover conscious sedation, Bronchoscopy, Circulate, Colonoscopy, EGD, Administering Conscious Sedation, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Conscious Sedation, Specimen Handling/labeling, Starting and maintaining IVs, Airway management, ICU exp
  • Pediatric experience is preferred for nurses who may be assigned to pediatric cases
  • Traveler must have NY license in hand or ETA on issue date
  • Return NYU perm staff must wait a 1 year period before eligible to return as a traveler
  • Locals are accepted at same rate
  • This unit does not accept first-time travelers. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced procedural environment and must bring a strong ICU/critical care foundation to safely support PACU and post-anesthesia recovery needs.
