Client: Lincoln Medical Mental Health Center

Location: Bronx NY

Shift Time: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, 8AM – 4PM, 9AM – 5PM

Start / End: Mon 11/23/26 – 2/20/27

Duration: 13 Weeks

Highlights

  • Years Experience: 1 year LCSW experience
  • Required Skills: Behavioral health and community resource coordination, Complex discharge planning, PTSD screening and follow-up, Crisis Intervention and family support, Trauma Psychosocial Care
  • Education: Valid Licensed Clinical of Social Work (LCSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required. Masters Degree in Social Work
  • Schedule can be 8-4 or 9-5
  • This is a temp to hire role
  • Trauma certification
  • Experience supporting trauma patient populations
  • Trauma-informed care experience
  • PTSD screening and behavioral health follow-up experience
  • Crisis intervention and family support experience
