Highlights

• Shifts will be PMs and some graves
• 4-10 hour shifts per week
• Weekends and holidays
• Needs strong experience with GE Scanners and needs trauma and stroke experience
• Required Skills: Computed Tomography Techniques, Operation and Care of Computed Tomography Equipment, Structural and Organic Anatomy, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, First-Aid
• Certification by the State of California, Department of Health Services, as a Radiologic Technologist
• Possession and maintenance of a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card
• Appointees not possessing the BLS card must successfully complete appropriate training and qualify for the BLS card within 60 days of employment
• ARRT
• Required Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent; Graduation from a two-year program in radiologic technology approved by the Council in Medical Education of the American Medical Association; Certification by the State of California, Department of Health Services, as a Radiologic Technologist; Certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist and Computed Tomography Technologist (ARRT ID required); Satisfactory completion of formal computed tomography training program (one year) or equivalent on-the-job experience
