• Required Skills & Experience: Demonstrated ability to interpret operational and financial data to drive OR optimization and performance improvement.
• Required Skills & Experience: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for engaging physicians, staff, and executive leadership.
• Required Skills & Experience: Working knowledge of applicable regulatory, accreditation, and reimbursement requirements affecting perioperative services.
• Preferred Skills & Experience: Direct clinical or leadership experience in perioperative services (OR, PACU, Endoscopy, or ambulatory surgery).
• Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with OR block scheduling, capital and operating budget management, and multi-site or system-level leadership.
