Client: HHC Central Office

Location: New York NY

Shift Time: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Start / End: Mon 11/30/26 – 3/6/27

Duration: 14 Weeks

Highlights

  • Years Experience: Two (2) years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics
  • Current Adult Care home health experience
  • Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.
  • Post Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in either Post Acute Facility or acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.
  • Required Certification & Licensure: New York State RN License & Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS (Queens only)
  • Required: New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS
  • Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institute.
  • Scheduling requirements: Alternating weekends coverage required
  • This role is a true at home role where nurse will travel to patient homes
  • Interviews are in person
  • This is for Manhattan
  • Visits range from 4-6 patients on average
