Client: Kern Medical Center

Location: Bakersfield CA

Shift Time: 6:45AM – 5:00PM, 9:00AM – 7:00PM

Start / End: Mon 11/30/26 – 2/26/27

Duration: 13 Weeks

Highlights

Years Experience: 3 years of experience
Valid and unrestricted State of California Registered Nurse License (RN License)
Possess and maintain current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider: 1. Basic Life Support (BLS) card. 2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) card.
Employees must maintain all health requirements designated by Kern Medical Center
Depending on assignment incumbents may be required to possess and maintain specific certificates of competency as a condition of employment
Schedule Notes: 10-hour shifts (Mon-Fri) with no blocked day off
Shift starts 6:45am to 5pm or 9am to 7pm, depending on department staffing needs
On call is required as well, one overnight call in 1 2-week period and one weekend (12-hour, morning or night on call) in a 6-week schedule rotation
