Highlights

• Virtual screening process
• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience is not required
• Active and unrestricted RN license as required by the facility
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• EKG certification preferred
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment skills
• Ability to care for patients requiring continuous cardiac, respiratory, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Ability to manage a 1:2 patient assignment in both ICU and PCU settings
• The RN will float between the ICU and PCU based on staffing needs, patient census, and clinical acuity. Nurses must be able to independently manage patients within their validated competencies and safely adapt to the workflows and patient-care expectations of each unit.
