Employee Resolution/Complaint Policy

TPF encourages all employees of TPF Nursing to come forward and identify any situation in which you believe TPF Nursing or its client is in violation, or is in danger of violation. All information is disseminated within TPF Nursing strictly on a need-to-know basis, and you are also free to call external agencies anonymously. Raising a legitimate issue in good faith of a potential violation will not adversely impact you as retaliation is strictly prohibited as we seek to furnish or facilitate the delivery of quality patient care. Disability discrimination complaints may also be filed with OCR.
